although i never show what is behind the smiles,
seeing you had made me realise...
that i am not alone.
that you are the reasons i am still standing strong.

nunu,mama and momo.
thank you so much for being part of me. in many ways, (maybe) without you girls realising, you had helped me alot. most of which is not verbally, but silently. the actions.
though sometimes we used harsh words (nunu & mama) to tease one another, we still got along very well.. infact.. the bond between us getting stronger each day.
to momo, you had helped me in some ways. the silent touch.the unspoken words.(you know mo? i think sometimes,we really think the same way.and we dnt have to say it out. ;) ) cool isn't it?
yea.. thank you all girlfriends.
(to those i didnt mention, please dont get upset. one by one k? ;) )

the body's aching from the first fitness training with WANTOKS yesterday.
fartlak.sprints.stride.sprint again.stride again. 1..2..3.. sets.. (adoi...)

i skipped SW today. could not wake up la..
went for class @ 12 though..
played capteh after calss till late afternoon.. went home with the girls..
a "laughing Day" for me. alot of funny things happened. sigh. wished the day never end.
well, looking forward for more of TODAY.
